The Deckmasters box set contains 2 decks of 62 cards each. It also contains two 20-sided dice to use as life counters, a Lhurgoyf poster, and a book with information on Magic. The Deckmasters set was printed with white borders on the face of the cards and with a normal card back (which means they are usable in tournaments... although you need to check to see if the card itself is legal). The expansion symbol is a fancy "D". The expansion symbol is black for common cards silver for uncommon cards and gold for rare cards. It was released in December 2001. This set contains four foil premium cards with black borders. These are: Icy Manipulator, Incinerate, Lhurgoyf, and Necropotence.
